...oining - he will always say -No., Why you have taking risk for additional money. They offer you a good salary but after that they removed you after 6 to 8 months .

Dislikes

Only 2-3 persons run the entire company, having no scope for your talent only the follow the same as they told , if not followed they shouted badly Infront of all. Always used dirty word for all. Highly pressurized culture, No support for interdepartmental activities. Everybody try to be a safe., Increments not as per performance , its random 2 to 3 K , No appraisal system , No promotions in structure since last 10 years , Engineers serving for 10-12 years are still on same position

Likes

Good work for society. Company policies are good for everyone I.e top to bottom. One more observation is 100 percent security to all.

Dislikes

I can't explain my dislike because no more pratical information available.
