... GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION . PROPER TRAINING USE TO BE GIVEN AT PUNE HEAD OFFICE. WORKING ENVIRONMENT WAS GOOD, GOOD SALARY APPRAISAL.

THEY HAD SOLD BLOCKS MANUFACTURING COMPANY TO BILTECH, WHICH WAS NOT FAIR, DUE TO HARASSMENT FROM BILTECH SO MANY RESIGNED INCLUDING ME.

Working for Great B.G.Shirke Groups SIPOREX was a great learning experience. I loved each and every day at Tumkur SIPOREX. During my tenure we had excellent Team........supported by CEO-K.G.Kanagalekar sir and Simple Bosses at Head Office Mr. N.S.Wadekar & Chawathe saab.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very much since project state............But we enjoyed facing this also though it was disliked by many.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
