everything good except salary growth, can learn multiple field experiences, no such politics, respectful environment, international exposure..no health insurance, main work is to support and do business for parent company, no company own growth..

Dislikes

No/minimum salary growth is biggest disadvantage, they lock salary for two year with contract after one year of new employees..

Likes

To work in sinopharm is good experience. To work with Chinese is always a challange. Once you peroform they will support you in get more business.

Dislikes

Managment and chinese people, thinking that people who obey right or wrong orders are always right either they are not brining any business for company.

Likes

Big company and big name in industry. Big volume business too.(if u get chance to develop business). Earlier bood benifits for employee but in current senario it's looks hard to get benifits in favor of employees. For freshers good to learn things about international business but don't expect financial growth.

Dislikes

Now for fresher it's good company to learn about international business. Don't expect that in any field if you done a hard work to genrate business it will remain in your account. Every time you have to do hard work and first one or two business you get benifits after that those account transfer to others. You have to start again from zero. Maximum 1 year for fresher is good company. Don't expect increment after first year either you perform.
