Good Job security and working culture with colleagues and supportive management they give bonus every year.

Dislikes

There are no policies of PF and ESIC for staff level and no equality in sallery increment heavy workload, no canteen and transportation facilities.

I have about 30 yrs, working experience in hot Forging on different machines like hammer,press, hydraulic press, upsetters, others machines.My self work as a team and to improve quality product, reduced rejection level.Also help the company growth .
