Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...ow compliance /No PF/ Gratuity/ Maternity benefits to the women/ high attrition. Begin an Audit firm they don't provide salary slips to the employees. The accounts team is terrible. An 85-year-old person is heading the HR Dept who doesn't know anything about HR/is completely biased in his decision. The average tenure of emp is 1-year maximum. This is the first company we ever interacted with where employees' performance is secondary and internal politics is treated as a priority.

Micro management on Salary, leaves and all other stuff. No proper HR in Company If you don't fill timesheet Salary got deducted If you take leaves Salary got deducted and reimbursed in the end of FY. What ever you do salary will be deducted.

Everything I would say... The partners and managers at Singhi & Co are not knowledgeable... Such a waste of time joining.. The timings are strict that if you come one minute late they would deduct quarter day salary
