The MD of the Company is a very difficult man to work with . He mis behaves for no reason and the person working closely with him has to adjust with his mood swings which is on the negative side always. There is no scope of skill development . He is always doubting his staff on their work.

Job security and work life balance are taken care by higher management.

Dislikes

Higher Management depends upon the advice of some incompetent people who feel insecure to give entry to the new and educated generation. They made a community where they neither allow new joinees to participate nor to work freely. They creates an environment which is suffocating and unhealthy for working.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
