Client location travel conveyance not provides as per standard.....appraisal not as per performance ...if u r going to client then you have to follow client schedule...in any manufacturing company there is no such schedule of work...u have to work 24X7 Mon-Sat....without any extra benefits...however peoples who go to office enjoys alternate Sat off and other things at office...
