They do not give PF.At the time of joining they say that when you complete one year then the company will give you one extra salary or you will get a bonus equal to the salary and when your one year is completed then they do not give any bonus. I have worked for 01 year in Singhal Industries Private Limited.

...ng as like a prisoners and you can't imagine after some time, that who are you. Your professional career going to down, no appraisal no increment no bonus, so many things ...i can't explain.

It is a place where employees are valued, Salary paid on time and opportunities to move up are given and I have experienced stability while working here.
