You can not work as per your own but just follow senior / management's instructions only!!

Dislikes

No job security and much employees turnover in the organisation. No timly salary and bonus payments. No fixed paid leave per annum means if you absent then money will deduct from salay except if 31st days month and 4sundays only and no any holiday during the month then you can availed a day leave only.

...Pvt Ltd. I join this company as a Digital Marketing Executive in September 2024. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
