No leaves, Salary not on time, Unprofessional and unorgainsed company, NO work-life balance in this company , unsecure job,no designated profile you will work on , they can move you anywhere and you by force has to do it , forget about Job Security and work satisfactions these words are not listed in their dictionary.....you will meet pulkit who thinks whatever he does is right and we have to follow even if its wrong and its not on our profile and has to follow the same ...... anyways all the best who has joined and who is going to join

They do not give PF.At the time of joining they say that when you complete one year then the company will give you one extra salary or you will get a bonus equal to the salary and when your one year is completed then they do not give any bonus. ...Pvt Ltd. I join this company as a Digital Marketing Executive in September 2024. Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
