My experience is awesome. I learnt a lot in this company. The staff and employee are so supportive and coperative in nature. The senior and the project manager motivate us and encourage my work. , this will give me give me the motivation to work and help me to improve my skills

There is some issue in this company, some issue are like delay in payment, work life balance etc.

Just for taking experience in power plant it's good.

Work environment is very terrible in field. Too much dust and poor cleanliness. Bad management. Politics is the way to succeed there your work doesn't do anything. Job security is none of there buisness they don't care about there employees.
