There is no di like, all are good and they are looking all in equally . Salary is decent but career growth is slow

The company is readily adopts latest technology in mining sector. It is the pioneer in adopting high capacity Longwall mining technology first time in India. The mangement maintains good relationship with Unions. I can say strike free company in government sector.

Salary and perks are good. I need to work more than 8 hrs most of the times.

It's been 11 years, working in the same role but no promotion, Reservation in internal promotions, Very difficult to implement innovative ideas on your own and even approval also a tedious process.

Except the job security there's nothing good.

Very poor infrastructure No career growth extreme working conditions and poor hygiene at work places on surface and in UG No learnings, its just managing the illiterate workmen.

Oldest and advanced technology adapting company in Mining. Senior management are the best.

Dislikes

However Singareni Colleries Company Limited use to have better worker back then. Now the workers are not that much hard working as they have permanent job security.
