The company is readily adopts latest technology in mining sector. It is the pioneer in adopting high capacity Longwall mining technology first time in India. The mangement maintains good relationship with Unions. I can say strike free company in government sector.

Dislikes

Salary and perks are good. I need to work more than 8 hrs most of the times.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I am responsible for the machines working in all 32 Underground mines including prestigious Longwall mine. The Longwall mining equipment which was imported from US and Germany needs lot of follow up with the manufacturer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
