Bad work culture, females in the company are the worst all they know is politics and and how to beg for 'work from home'. The reason why I left that copany was because of this only. Females in the company take no credibility of their work.

The environment is very poor the management or the superiors are not helping or not listening their team members all the times the seniors will target some employees and without any actual or exact reason they can terminate or absconding the employees.
