Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Working with Sinclairs Gangtok was the best thing that i have ever experienced in my whole professional field. I enjoyed my job, my co-workers and my Manager was very supportive. The most enjoyable part of the job was the fact that the atmosphere felt like family. Overall my experience at Sinclairs was fun.

Dislikes

For me there is no such dislike about Sinclairs
