Only compensation is good rest they are doing like a domestic BPO industries.

Management is not that supportive and even they support hybrid culture they are playing dirty politics at work place to make you demotivate every day.

- There are good benefits and salary - The Mumbai team is particularly very friendly and have a great work culture.

- Extremely poor at processes - still dependent on Excel sheets - lot of operational work - biased behaviour of higher management - Customer on boarding process too slow, due to which customer drops - New sales team does not get any co-operation from the operations, solutions, higher management teams. - Expecting the sales folks to do the revenue checking, invoicing, legal proof reading

The company is too slow (Sometimes I feel we are in a sarkaari daftar), there is too much confusion in the vision both global and India market.
