I don't like anything here please don't work in this organisation.

Dislikes

1) they don't provide salary on time it may take 2 months or may be Even late or you may not get salary 2) Over powered gps location tracking of you are in wash room they can track you and they can monitor the location 24 hours including your personal space too. 3) Their app continuously runs in background and have access to camera and microphone they can do whatever they want they can even click pictures without knowing to us. 4) lack of knowledge to vp Subodh Kumar Mishra he doesn't even have proper knowledge to train is 5) if we ask salary then we are terminated 6) they don't provide appointment letter and salary slips 8) we haven't got our daily allowance since 3 months 9) they don't provide proper sample,lbls, visual aid etc.. 10) and more over Mr Amod mesac Nsm doesn't have knowledge that of an Medical representative, he only does fake reporting and blames the medical representative in meeting And much more please think 100 times before joining this company.

I did not like to work in this organization because during my service period I have seen that the company fired many employees without notice suddenly and not given the sallery to them till date. In this covid 19 lock down on 12 April 2020 when the company not release my sallery of month March & also expences of month february & March till this day & I was in crusial conditions , then I only requesting to R. S. M. Mr. Subodh Mishra & Director Mr. Rishav Mittal to release my sallery then at just same time the company terminated me and not given my pending funds of February & March.
