I did not like to work in this organization because during my service period I have seen that the company fired many employees without notice suddenly and not given the sallery to them till date. In this covid 19 lock down on 12 April 2020 when the company not release my sallery of month March & also expences of month february & March till this day & I was in crusial conditions , then I only requesting to R. S. M. Mr. Subodh Mishra & Director Mr. Rishav Mittal to release my sallery then at just same time the company terminated me and not given my pending funds of February & March....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
