Simulanis Company is good and CEO is too Good. But Raman Sir as a CEO should pay attention to which one is right for the company and which one is not. It’s only been these years that Raman sir has not understood who is profitable for the company and who’s not

There is a lot of politics at the upper level here and people do work drama to save jobs, there is no respect for the hard working people.

I enjoy working at Simulanis Solutions because it's exciting to be part of a company using innovative technologies like AR and VR. As part of the digital marking team. I get to promote these amazing solutions; it's rewarding to see how they make a difference in industries like training and education. The supportive work environment also helps me learn and grow.

Lack of standardized execution processes

See as an honest review there is nothing to like. The culture is pathatic. They’ll treat you as school kids where your homework would be checked. You have to spend atleast 9 hours daily. And if you are lucky enough that there is a public holiday in a week then you have to work in corresponding Sat and Sun. You can’t enjoy your long weekends.

Dislikes

The senior leadership team doesn’t help with the deliverables and in case the deliverables are delayed then they will put the entire blame on the junior colleagues. But if your GOOD AT BUTTERING then 100% this is the place for you. Also, the mandatory 9 to 6 working hours is only for the junior colleagues whereas it doesn’t apply to the leadership team where the leaders come to the office at their own preferable time.

The leave policies and WFH oppertunities contribute to a better work-life-balance, regular training sessions help with skill developement, additionally, employees have the oppertunity to work cross-functionally accross departments, gaining exposure to new departments and broadening their experties.

Dislikes

Shortage of team makes the workload heavier than usual at times buit still managable.
