Work culture in workshop is moderate . management is also moderate. Company policies are good it provides ESIC , PF, Salary . overall company is Good.

No respect of mechanic. extreme pressure on mechanics to complete target .once target complete no appreciation of work. No Insurance of mechanic.No job security.

I think the team we had at that time was the best team of that time.At that time, there was a night shift for tourists vehicle. We used to work night shifts too also.He had a very friendly nature and all his colleagues were seniors. Mr.Upkar sir Mr.Pujari sir. He was a very supportive manager. And HR department in Mr.Manoj sir was also very supporting.whatever time I spent working at Simran Motors, it is a very memorable moment for me. Thank you.

As long as Mr.Upkar sir and Pujari sir were there, there was no politics in company. Politics started after Upkar sir and Pujari sir left Simran Motors.
