Simpsons is One of the few companies which manufacturers diesel engines. Very good for career start up. We can learn the basics of engine very strongly. One of the old company in Chennai and has a good brand image. Located in hot of the city - Anna salai.

Salary structure and employees benifits. Technology and infrastructure should be improved.

A very poor compensation and job security, So it is very difficult to satisfy myself both economically and socially. The management is not interested in their employees future growth and prospects.

Not sure! But I want to switch over to a new and a challenging job that gives me self confidence and economic growth.

This is company you can find no barrier to learn and explore. It is a place where you can be made from nothing, learnings are spilled around you it depends upon you to either to rush / rest / rust. Job security market fluctuations are more reliable than any other concern

Culture of company is not appreciative, compensation, benefits and career growth is low compared to competitors A powerful product with expired design is still manufactured, product is not updated to recent market trends Organisation itself makes difference in work culture for engineers and managers and interaction is by hierarchy only
