Employee benefits in Simpolo are zero (ye kya hote hai? -- DEKHTE RAH JAOGE) no PF, no medical, no insurance, no bonus, no LTA HR system like ACHAAR (pickle) for owner to soothe and hiding major faults in whole system. Managers are corrupt and they take bribes from juniors. Your all qualities and goodness will be useless in one side and another side flattery will help you to grow here. (Bade chammache promotion lenge) Be prepare for all this or be aware before you are taking any decision for Simpolo.

for Rajkot 's Employee that travelling rajkot to morbi is quite difficult because its take lots of time so i thing this is a negative point, other than that is growth is very small at there or in other language is take lots of time.

Hirakey like reporting persons and head of department are worstless they are only think about his job and his appraisals and promotion never give to workable persons always give promote tho politics persons

Job security is there,Poor management, Being class company, policies are poor.

You can't be a decision maker.since the directors are not much tech-savvy, they use you as their PA. Education doesn't matter to them.
