Salary & benefits. It has the worst perks. No bonus, OT or any other benefits are given. And the base package offered is way too low.

...s they have worked. They payment is superlow(Labourers get paid more than that). Salary is never credited on time. The HR Dept is the worst, they(she) will taunt you if you don't reach the office by 9AM in the morning and you are always monitored by the HR all the time. I was even scared to go for a loo break. There is no proper planning and there is huge communication gap in the team. They expect you to work even on weekends with no OT pays. The senior Manager is always present to screw things up and blame you for whatever you have done. Things are so Randomly told to the junior employees and the Management expects you to do well without any support.

As per Learning & Work-life aspects, overall company is good but due to the lack of management, people don't want to stay. Freshers who want to make their career in IT can start with this company and after the experience, you can leave.
