They'll pay salary on time most of the times that's the 1 good thing about the company We need to achieve only 60% inorder to get the 60% of incentive Very good incentive plans ( but unavailable)

The work-life balance is horrible, regular log off time is 7:30 but they'll make you to sit and work till 8:30 sometimes even till 9pm, company don't give good leads/resource to work with but they still expect very good output from us with dumb leads/resource, If we couldn't able to achieve the committed number on that particular day they'll just ask to sit and dial till 9pm knowing nothing gonna change just to punish they'll make. There are tons and tons drawbacks in this company, just hire and fire strategy they follow.

...ation, launched it, pilot batch, loved the environment and management was great. Salary was good, and incentives was okay.

Live every company, your colleagues are really nice people. The office is big and beautiful. The coffee is amazing. If you are a workoholic it is a lovely place. The product is really good. But be prepared to do customer service and support as well even though your boss tells you not to. The customers are really good at least the ones who buy the course. Management is really good. Answers all doubts and queries. You can reach senior management as well. They rarely give holidays and leaves so don't buy into every Saturday off. You will be asked to work every Saturday irrespective of whether you reach your target or not. At the end of the day, you are joining sales. So be prepared for all the pressure and extra hours.

...if you are looking to stay for at least 3-4 years and make a career in sales. Salary is decent, career growth is a little slow. My suggestion- talk to people who worked there before taking up a job there.

There is no Job security, no promotion, no hike. You will just get responsibilities not salary. They are expecting you to work on weekends but can't give you compoff. Worst culture I have ever seen.

They didn't provide salary. They offered something and payed 5k. The manager and HR head was behaving badly towards employees. No growth and dry work. Poor company dont join here. Waste of time
