They didn't provide salary. They offered something and payed 5k. The manager and HR head was behaving badly towards employees. No growth and dry work. Poor company dont join here. Waste of time

1) Here appraisals happen only if you are good enough to your manager. Like those who can stand by rules and work in shift hours maintaining best performance than everyone can still not get good hike and appraisal. 2)You will be told to question and bring new ideas but when those new thoughts question the ability of your manager which makes them feel insecure will lead to warning emails. 3)They conveniently change the company's name saying that all corporate MNC's are like this and you are expected to follow rules and irony the same person expects you talk on call and expect you to be available even though when you are on leave saying that its a round to clock job. 4) If you are person who don't want to make work as your life and wish to differentiate b/w personal and professional life.
