...t personal life. Need to work on week off, need to work other than shift timing. No Salary after resignation even we worked. Poor management.

Work life balance is zero.... It is 9-10pm job. U won't get time for breakfast dinner... And lunch will b for limited time. And no leave will be approved. U will feel insecure about job every moment.

If you wish to work in an edtech company, this is one of the best choices but still as an edtech has many similarities to others Sundays are off and saturday offs are depending on managers( mostly working 95% of saturdays) Works with salesforce crm which is best
