Everything. My work timings No holidays No overtime pay No work life balance No proper breaks Even if you go to urinate, need to ask for manager's permission and he'll take it as a break. I've a lot of disliking towards this company.

...y questions about the SOP. No Work life balance you sometimes work from 10- 9PM. There is no Overtime pay, they not care about the top performers I have seen people from 4-5 years working in the same role which Indicates no Growth in the org, Appraisals are pointless! Corporate Politics at it's peak.

I was sick. Due to high pressure and month end targets, was mentally and physically drained. Got serious health issues and doc advised to quit calling job immediately. Pathetic HR at Simplilearn and my useless manager played games and didn't provide any relieving documents and my fnf.
