No balance of work and salary benifits. Who work alot may be they get poor salary and some people who don't know anything may be they get better salary. Only they count experience not your knowledge.

...management demands money from freshers to hire them. There is no proper HR team. Employees are asked to work 18-hour days without proper compensation. Appraisals are either non-existent or unfairly distributed—appraisals seem to be given more to female employees. Weekend work is required without extra payment or compensation.

There is no dislike all most postive direction only moving that organisation,only one thing is dislike is over time doing work mainly testing employees

My experience at Simplify3X was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of work-life balance. Promotions and increments were virtually non-existent, and it seemed that hard work went unnoticed by management and team leaders. Instead, they seemed to reward those who merely buttered up to them. The worst part was during the training period, where individuals with insufficient subject knowledge became trainers, leading to inadequate learning opportunities. Overall, I cannot recommend this company to others."
