Company not paid to salary timely. No arrangement to required facilities. Not maintained to discipline. Management is not take seriously problem of staff.

yes,we can learn& experience here very much because attach with civil engineer,we can gain so much bright future,this engineering field like building,roads,bridges.canal,dams etc makes me better. so anybody can try who are interest to learn more for better future, obviously i am happy with this company,do you want?

Top to bottom of this company management is standing on lies. they never speak truth. always falsify their employees and contractors. No sureity of payment of sub contractor and supplier. Staff payments delayed by 3 to 4 months.

Growth is verry slow.the work pressure is so high.14-18 houts work in a day at mid night also.Managers dont value an individuals. There 8s no carer & future growth for fresher.there is no proper training for fresher.My seniour misguide me & want to gave me negative knowledge for my bad growth.they do poliyics with me. Sometimes i am ragged at night in our residence & our site also.
