Average Working Environment, yearly leave benifit found okay.

Salary is delayed by 8 to 10 months, management found corrupted, management support only there relatives and added them with corruption. But rest other employees is getting unbalanced due to unpaid salary. Our career and financial has been finished after joining with this Organisation.😢

... as existing employees, no promotion, no job satisfaction, no work-life balance. Above all no one knows when the salary will be credited. I leave this Company in Mid December with more than 6 months salary pending. Still it is pending. Company has no intention to clear the dues.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike anf bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Working environment is good but their Management is not good, They will not going to listen anything what you are facing any kind of situation

They are not paying master , Salary are not paying in time , most of the employees are not getting since last 6-8 months . My experience is very bad, After resignation they can listen anything about your matter whether your salaries are pending or not. If you have any urgency about your family matter and request for your pending salaries they will not going to reply anything.

Served 6.5years and resigned before 2.5months (due to salary not paid) but my noc and full and final not processed despite several reminders.

Poor management and no departmental objectives set so far. No SOP or Company norms seen so far while everybody is talking and employees are bound to follow the same.
