...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but too late career growth is slow .

Training and motivational training within the company. Few seniors are good.

Salary is a 04 months delay. Most seniors do politics and find very silly excuses. No tours or parties to motivate employees.

I have learned different types of new technology.simplex give me the power to handling junior staff and labour contractor.

Complany don't give salary regularly sometimes it's goes 2-3 months later.Also company doesn't give increment and promotion in regular intervals.

No strong management , no working culture , all mechaneries is very old mostly equipment on hire

Salary delay about 4-5 month , no advance facility, working hours 15-16 hours everyday, no any culture at site, no drinking water at site, senior person not taken any action about delay salary, Here's too much problems
