Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing likes.There is no work culture at all in the organisation

Dislikes

...nt/resignation you will not get your dues.PF will be deducted but not deposited.MIS department does not pay salary.outsource employee including staff come in the office for salary.Efficient staffs leave service.No one will attend your phone call.

The company has its job operation unit is pan India basis, I am a part of Admin/IR/PR activity operating from kolkata to pan India. So far having my exposure in personnel /admin sector I specifically travel a lot to handle Criminal cases and labor cases as well as PR / liason with govt. Officials at different states of north india. I love my jobs but due to excessive travelling family affair handling became a bit tuff sometime. Other than that it's okay. Our believe in innovation.

Compensation is decent growth is too. Work pressure on Max of time is too much because I hv to attend/act on immediate basis.

No one of head will attend your phone call.After leaving service or after retirement you will not get your salary PF Bonus etc. Grade I Dishonest and fraud company of the world
