... as existing employees, no promotion, no job satisfaction, no work-life balance. Above all no one knows when the salary will be credited. I leave this Company in Mid December with more than 6 months salary pending. Still it is pending. Company has no intention to clear the dues.

Once it was a great company but nowadays it's become a bad dream to be here

Almost everything Colleagues are good but management is horrible. No salary for months Working hours required more than 12 hours everyday and someday like pouring of concrete it will become 20 hours without any care.

Job security zero,many politics by Site management, company top management didn't take care of employees, Company career growth given only management relative & oiling employee.

... particularly in my department is good way better than the other departments. During COVID lockdown very few people have been laid off, though the salary have been delayed for 3-4 months, the work culture is like any other company ok okay. The management is not at all good, they don’t take any firm decisions and did nothing to ensure employee safety before the first official lockdown. Till now there is no official company policy to allow people to work from home, only we few who insist on working from home are working from home. Even after having an alarming number of positive cases the company still expects us to come to the office that too in public transport.

Non supportive seniors, no team culture, poor work environment, politics, no proper timely appraisals, appraisals on basis of work experience not on basis of performance, Seniors try to catch the team success in name of them and blame the juniors for failures, worst work culture and Limited company can have .
