If you Resign the job that's all, You are none to SIMPLEX. They will forget about you and your salary Pending, Final settlement, PF Claims everything. People do extract everything from you at any level. but in return even a single appreciation you wont get.

As a employer very good and work liberty with my efficiency got very good work satisfaction.

Salary payment policy, and other benefits are very delay and not satisfactory, moreover the compensation as an average basis then other company and not bounded to time limit

They do not give salary in every month. No job security.There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue.They do not support to staff on covid -19 moment & They release there staff in that moment

Only 1 good thing about simplex is job security.

No growth, no trainings programmes, no yearly increments, cheap salary structures, too much politics, bad appraisal process, no innovation in work area, typical work environment, and not 1% family life.
