It's a very good company. The work culture over there is very good. Team is very cooperative. Insist you towards learning new things. And the company provides very good growth. No issues regarding job security. Yeah according to me the employees job in Simple integral is more secure than others companies. They always try to push you towards learning and the results come out in a positive manner. Ultimately the only thing happen with this, is employees personal growth.

Management is not work professionally if you work any project people didn’t take responsibility until theirs work shown in front of boss .So if you join be careful because your work depends on all people who in loop.Do your work honestly.

Simple organization is very good for those who want learn new things . It's growing plateform.

Organization is very good but some old employees they have attitude like this all organization depends on them if some new employee enter in this they don't feel happy for them they want this person leave this organisation because we will handle all things we don't require this person .But the director is very humble and helpful.If you join this organisation you required lot of patience and detection . Some time they play dirty politics.
