SEF has a culture that I've never witnessed in my 9 years of career. They are open, and have creates a safe space for every employee. Everyone here works with deep empathy, tolerance and trust. There is no hierarchy and everyone is treated equal. There is ample opportunity to grow and you are constantly challenged to learn. The leadership is extremely involved and mindful of everyone's wellbeing. This is the best place to work in my opinion.

The culture and values of the organization make it an excellent place to work and grow. The on-ground learning and exploration opportunities allow for a hands-on approach to understanding the work. The opportunities to explore new solutions and implement them are particularly valuable as they allow personal and professional growth. The organization is supportive of its employees and encourages them to strive for excellence in their work.

Dislikes

Working with a growing organization and multiple stakeholders can sometimes result in a heavier workload as the demand and expectations can b unpredictable. However, the impact of these efforts on the education system and the lives of our students makes it all worthwhile.
