Most 3rd Class company you get your salary after 2month Or some time 3month .. No promotion no salary hike.. Higher management not guide you properly. No job security was there..

We have job security and also side benifits like we can take leaves often and TA is available and need to do different works other than marketig.

It became like a family to me, so its hard to tell anything against. though the salary time delay is little bit intolerable.

...ss after taking money from market and stops committed services to the customers. Salaries not paid on time. Delay of 10 months You have to travel with your own money for official work. Expense bills held up for 2 years. The management abruptly stops profitable ventures. Miscommittments to channel partners and stake holders.
