It's not a Company, but should be consider as a friends club. Mr. Tapas Saha, holding a position of GM Planning & Implementation, is simply a illiterate person, and destroy the company by imply his own wrong decesion. His thinking is like that : 1. giving poor & chief materials, company will profit more 2. by not giving the worked amount of every contractor, new contractor should be engaged and old one will be rejected list. (Main aim is that not to give payment) 3. Every castomar feels that it's a overburden after purchasing the flat. 4. Huge numbers of issue at flat, but you have nothing to do or rectify. Because of company will not favour any other agency to work inside of housing. Each and every time company takes his profit from castomar by indirectly. 5. Employee's salary will not paid in proper time and delay 3 to 4 months as a result an employee decide to think worked or not or any. 6. Not any increment or any bonus Afterall poor management and it's bound friends of friend.

Likes

This company have good environment to learn how work with their teammates. Also, seniors are frankly with their teammates. Overall as a work station this compny is good for new workers.

Dislikes

Nothing is dislike in this company because from my vission this is the best place for the learners. Increament process in this company I dislike. Overall as a working place I appreciate as a good work place.
