Dirty HR policies even worst policies ever seen,They never pay the notice pay of three months to employees but collect the notice pay from resigned employees,they keep original certificates of junior and middle level joinees ,No Carrier growth,no job security,Company is having use & through,work environment is spoiled by the most unprofessional/unqualified/illiterate HR Manger.Employee TURNOVER is very very high due dirty HR politics & always tries to find out ways to harass employees.Directors always misbehave/abuse with Sr .dept heads.It's having hire & fire policy.I request nauri.com to highlight my experience to all my professional friends(on offline before applying/advertising their jobs)

there is no administration support to employee, low salary,no increments,and two sides pf will be cut in our salary, accommodation is very bad ETC....

600 MW power plant hand over to jindal power more employees pf not processed, more staff searching office address, company active in pf office, but physically closed. 40 members staff pf under process, more employees not satisfied, this company nama nageswar Rao Naidu brother Seetaiah Naidu, lack of Provident funds not processed, above 50 members staff pf blocked. any one not join in Madhoun group.

Job satisfaction in Interacting with Legal Counsels at Singapore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bombay and monitoring variety of legal issues relating to regulatory, Arbitration, litigation and non-litigation of the Company. Getting respect from the Superior Officers and the Management.

Dislikes

Due to various over regulatory measures leading to financial stress, that is being faced by imported Coal based Thermal power projects, there is no corresponding growth in terms of experience.

At Simhapuri Energy Ltd, there's no career growth & no job security. So called HR person (doesn't have a proper HR domain) in connivance with the promoter is an utter disaster doing everything against employees and cutting salaries giving different reasons. Many employees have been fired in a single day without proper notice in the name of cost cutting & employees working under me were fired without intimation to me while i was away on an official engagement for which reason, I resigned on protest and came out. Salaries well below the industry standards. They seek the best professionals at the lowest salaries. Too much of politics & specific people engaged by the Management to only spy on other employees & give feed back. People who only keep buttering the top bosses continue there and not professionals. Employees forced to work till very late hours and not even slightly flexible when arriving at the office the next day, cutting salary. Promoters use filthy & unparliamentary language. Complete disregard to prevailing regulations and non-compliance. For money, they do anything.
