I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for Simandhar education , an organization that truly embodies excellence in every aspect with a inspirational journey throughout . From the moment i joined , i was greeted with warmth , support and a contagious sense of enthusiasm that has continued to inspire me throughout my tenure. Great organization where our words are being valued , Excited to continue this journey for years.

I love working here, I have been at couple of companies before but they either laid off people or got bankrupt due to covid. I joined this company during COVID and as everyone I was nervous to but I have to say it was my best decision ever. The CEO is actively involved and makes sure that everyone is taken care of. He is a smart guy and knows exactly what he is doing. Cofounder is very straightforward and he is the lead instructor as well, so he makes sure that Students/Customers are never cheated and works tirelessly for them and encourages us to do the same. I have seen this company live by their slogan "Changing Lives for Better". I love the 5 day working, we are constantly encourage by our CEO to work 8 hours a day of dedicated work and 5 days a week only. This is definitely going to be the next Unicorn and why I say this is since they have no investors at all. They haven't raised any round of money from anyone. They give good salaries and incentive structure is one of the best in the country. You want to be happy and rich , you need to join Simandhar.

Warning: Don't fall for those positive comments, most probably they are from HR, if you notice the dates of positive ratings you can understand. They are the puppets of the management. Except for the HR team, the attrition rate in other departments is pathetic. Work-life balance: You get calls even on Sundays, early mornings, or midnights just because the Co-founder is feeling bored and wants to earn more money by torturing employees. The management and HR can't see you smile, if they see, you are dead. There is no job guarantee, if they have work with you they catch legs, if not they just throw you out.

1. I've just joined the company 3 months back and I was given the opportunity to showcase my talent and interact with the industry leaders (Big 4 & MNCs) 2. I was also awarded for excellence during the annual company event, Simandhar ka Tarang. 3. The opportunity to interact with the co-founder, CEO, and CFO, directly; is something I really appreciate. 4. The supportive and encouraging manager. 5. Homely environment
