...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

HR Team, they do their work on time and time to time they talk to employees and take employees feedback and work on it

If you are in cap limit they will not increase your salary as well as will not give you promotion too.

Management is worse especially sukhpreet singh(here AM lying all the time to be on safer side) ,working environment for working women is worse,not at all cooperative,you will even be forced not to go on team outing as a girl or women,zero work-life balance,salary is awesome but you will be out after one year after your process stability, on the top of this it is totally lala based company running by seniors who are working from so much time period that they helping ultimate reporting juniors in creating bad n worse working culture here. My advice is not to join this company even if they providing awesome salary, please don,t make your life hell here.nobody will hear you.

Low compensation. Company doesn't provide laptop. You even have to buy your own monitor. Very vague bonus policy, they will take back any bonus if you leave within a year. Very incompetent HR. They blatantly lie about providing laptops to their employees. Work is very repetitive in nature, you won't learn anything - just a copy paste job.

It's a great platform to start a career for any fresher as it provides great opportunities where we can apply our skills & knowledge for self & organisation growth . The best part is that they provide initial training which makes easier for the candidates to understand the working pattern of the organisation . Moreover working in silver skills can really help a candidate to nurture itself in terms of personal & as well as professional level

If we talk about compensation point of view then it is quite decent but the pressure level is quite high or we can say the expectations to meet targets is quite high on daily basis .
