Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

HR policies Like travel refunds, working hrs.

Dislikes

Pathetic because apart from HR policies being good but staff are personally good but not professionally good because in terms teaching or training the new comers about process, they have get trained, no proper methodological way of training. Lack of process updates.

colleagues and employees are friendly and got a great opportunity to learn how the management level politics run .

Dislikes

No job security, no work-life balance, No respect for extended hours of work and also for employees .salary/appraisal are nill, they never keep up the words which they had promised while joining .
