SILVER OAK INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL English Teacher salaries in Nagpur

Dislikes

I have left Silver Oak as they don't pay salary on time. My 2 months salary and a security deposit is due on School. Teachers are forced to work under high pressure. I had continued job with them in this new session as they had promised us about timely payment but still the situation is same. I left the job on September 2018. Working culture is pathetic. Appraisals never happened, so how would we expect increament. I was not well for 3 days in the month of September, so I didn't attend the School. However, I had medical certificate, still I was so badly scolded by the School Manager.

Likes

Silver Oak International School is very amazing place to work. Team members are very cooprative, Fun loving, dedicated towards their Goal. Sois Organised many tour, program, training to motivate team of teacher and students.

Dislikes

I dislike some what it's infrastructure, they should some what take care about security of employee in case of medical etc.

Likes

The enviornment of the school is very good and the management is very cooperative and understanding.

Dislikes

I have worked there for 3 years..I have not found anything which I dislike. But I just need to give 1 suggestion, there should be a facility of creche for working teachers.
