The exposure and liberty to think without being restricted all the time is great. Also the work life balance is well maintained.

Fake promises are given by HR and managers. Salaries are decided upon their necessity not on your experience. Once they are done with their side of the process they will treat you like shit. Tactics are being played to remove an employee if they feel the person is unwanted. Overall worst experience working with silver oak.

Likes

All the senior members are very cooperative. The best part of this company is, if you are the junior most employee of this company, still they will respect your opinion. As a fresher, I make a lot of mistakes, but they handle it calmly. So, from my perspective, this is the best place where you will enjoy work without any pressure.
