Everything is poor it is worst. Salary is not given to employees and the worst part is they want employees to work for them for free. Every month 2 sales managers and general managers are changed

...kar or their voting parties )were entertained they telling lies was not checked.No employee was treated well ,salary and incentive was not given , treatment was not goods ladies was not allowed to use showroom washroom only the owner wife used it.The staff would hunt for mall to use washroom. Profident funds is not given to employees no matter what happens they are kept in their own trust and eventually the company has shut down.

...not given to employees at all they put in their own trust,no working atmosphere.Only saswad gavkari are heard No salary increment. Customer are treated as per looks only standard customer the owner wife meets them or allows them to use washroom rest are not.Candiates are treated as per their looks and chamchagiri.The owner wife herself has no experience in handling customers or staff she is more interested in housekeeping or cleaning of showroom.She doesn't understand employees role their caliber nothing.Looks are what matters to her hence no job security,drivers are used for household work. she is completely dumb and hence the showroom has shut down in 3 yrs as she sat on the chair.

there team is very good and supportive , staff is very clever and all about is silver jubilee motors is best for me because I was learn there and trained from this company . Thanks for all staff of there .

This is a terrible company, management is not so good with employees they give bad words to them and always finds a way to deduct their salary, growth is so slow, work pressure is very high.

Team mates are good, no training programme, no job security, no career growth, no annually salary increment, no traveling facility, no leave in working day even in illness condition.

Due hectic in job service manager not good.
