Yes Sir culture is quite high. Reasonably good pay, average work culture, free lunches and good social security benefits is a big plus.

Compensation, overall employees benefits & job security is good considering a manufacturing company.

Dislikes

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same. Overall the most disappointing part is terrible work environment across the organization.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
