Dislikes

Unsatisfied work, partial and micro management, only focused on women empowerment and men are blamed for no mistakes. No benefit of appraisal. You work like a donkey, you will be paid in amount of an ant. No friendly nature, everyone backbites and you need to avoid friendships in this office or else you will also become like them. Don't believe on positive reviews, they are their people only and any other person fears to give them review.

Employees wont get any benefits of working in Silpa , No insurance , No OT , No appraisal if employees resign also no increment ,one shift one timings , Pathetic Leave policy. Sales Incentives less and late but gives.
