Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The Company is really challenging and promptly adopts latest technology. The fact that I am part of the Company has never been a regret for me, because of the standard quality of production it provides for it clients globally.
