Staff and colleagues are very understanding and cooperative. I like it because we make our efforts high to prioritise patients, giving them full benefits and support. If they are financially very low we support them giving free treatments and surgery and also transportation and folding everything. So I like SGLEH.

Good work experience, every staff has good behavior. The management was transparent. All over spend a very good time to work with this organisation

There is a lots of politics, some staff make bad situation.. There was so much lobby make by some bad staff.

Everything is Excellent, because we have got good Managers ,H.R and ofcourse Best CEO ,If the leaders are best than works becomes way easy and fun working environment.

Gossiping about one another which is not very right ,otherwise, work environment is excellent.

It's a ngo based hospital helping the poor and needy people in the field of eye health services with all modern facilities. We all know our eye is an important part of our body, which enable to make us see this beautiful world.
