Company is good, working hours also satisfied, and importantly incentives and salary wise there is no guarantee that they will pay full. it is completely based on managers mood. especially girls do not work under Mr. Shashi Ranjan (Sales manager)he is not good guy, and he will spoil company reputation by doing misbehave with the women employees. So, rest all managers are well behavior compare to the one who I mentioned. So before to join any sales team be aware of this name. and there is no job security overall.

They don't pay you the CTC (you need to work in a target oriented pattern), they force you to meet unachievable targets where half of your things won't be complete because of slow or unorganised editing processes. You have to pay monetary fines for not meeting deadlines, you can't have enough breaks even if you need it as a creative writer. Getting up from your seat and talking to a colleague can put you in trouble. And there's no hope for professional growth. There's no point of working here.
